More info below!

A sleep intensive for parents of babies 4 months and older who are ready to learn how to find their baby's natural sleep rhythm so the whole family can get real rest, without sleep training, cry it out or second guessing every decision.
Parents, you aren’t doing anything wrong. This is how you are really going to get more rest.
With Dr. Ainslee Roughan, Chiropractor and Tertiary Trained Holistic Sleep Coach (3x sleep accredited)
Frequent night wakings, wondering if you’ll ever sleep longer than a couple of hours at a time (I promise you, you will)
Feeling like you’re constantly getting it wrong as every other baby seems to be sleeping ‘better’ than yours
Having to hold your baby for every nap, and when you do try to put them down, they wake immediately as they leave your arms
Googling “why won’t my baby sleep” or “how to get my baby to sleep longer”, sometimes at 3am
Drowning in contradictory advice, of constantly trying new ‘sleep hacks’ and wondering who to actually trust.
The mental load around decisions on sleep and naps and then second-guessing every decision
Battling through nap times and bedtimes only to know they won’t be asleep that long
Hearing “just sleep train” when every cell in your body says that’s not right for us.
Feeling wrecked, resentful, and on the edge of burnout - even though you love your baby, you don’t know how you’ll manage on this lack of sleep
Wondering if it’s you, if you’re failing, or if your baby is just “bad” at sleep.
Exact steps your family need to take for naps without the struggle, longer night stretches or sleep and rest for the whole family
How to find your baby’s natural sleep rhythms so sleep can stop being so random, exhausting, and impossible to predict, and finally start feeling doable, sustainable, and dare we say... easy(ish).
Your babies natural temperament so you can tailor sleep changes to match what will work for them uniquely
And in this programme is where you’re going to learn how.
(More on exactly how we'll do this below)

Sound familiar?
What actually transformed our sleep wasn’t a strict method; it was learning to respond to my baby’s needs. Once he felt truly safe and understood, his sleep improved dramatically.
Naturally, I had to understand why that worked, especially when the world kept telling me it was sleep training or a rod for my back. So I dove deep into the science and got accredited in two of the most trusted, evidence-based baby sleep programs available:
👉Possums Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC)
👉The Holistic Sleep Coaching Program — the only university-level sleep accreditation in the world
👉Safe Sleep Accreditiated through the University of Durham via BASIS (updated yearly)
👉Matrescence Certification Training via Matrescence NZ
Now, I share everything I’ve learned inside the Your Baby Sleep Village. So you get the shortcut to understanding baby sleep that I wish I’d had access to back then.

Get more sleep ASAP
The 5 week sleep intensive for parents of babies 4 months+ who are ready to learn how to find their baby's natural sleep rhythm so the whole family can get real rest, without sleep training, cry it out or second guessing every decision.

I created Get My Family the Fvck to Sleep because once upon a time, I was you: running on fumes, Googling “is sleep actually necessary??” at 3am, and wondering how long I could survive on coffee and blind optimism.
Sleep training didn’t feel right, but it’s what everyone said to do. So I tried it. Spoiler: it didn’t work for us.
I wish I’d known back then what I know now: you can get more sleep without leaving your baby to cry it out. You just need to understand how your baby is wired, and what actually works for your family.
That’s why I made this program. It’s everything I wish I had as a first-time mum, no BS, no rigid routines, just responsive, practical support that’s helped not only me but hundreds of familiies tol actually rested, have sleep make sense and feel easier!
Let’s get your family the fvck to sleep, yeah?
No more guesswork, just fill in the mini intake form and get a tailored, easy to implement action plan written by Ainslee, specifically for your baby, to get you started with sleep changes that actually makes sense for your baby (because cookie-cutter sleep advice is so 2012).
This is your golden ticket jump start to a game plan that actually makes sense for your baby.
Learn exactly how to analyze and tweak your baby's sleep throughout the month. These will end with a Q+A for you to get real-time help alongside the trainings - I'll be with you every step of the way.
Short, sharp, and actually helpful. You don't have time to wade through 8 hours of video to get one tip. These are binge-worthy lessons with straight-to-the-point strategies that feel doable (even on no sleep).
The content will be in bite sized 5-10 minute lessons, with no more than 30 - 60 minutes a week total! You will be able to watch, listen or read the transcript so you can digest the info in a way that SUITS YOU! You can do that all at once, or 5 minutes here, 20 minutes there.
Step by step bite-sized training sessions for you to learn about natural sleep rhythms, and what changes you need to make to create a plan that works for you and your family to get more rest.
The entire training takes 2 hours to complete, spread over 4 weeks (no more than 30min per week).
This is your 3 a.m. group chat with people who get it. Ask questions, share wins, vent about That Nap, or just scroll for solidarity.
And yes, Ainslee (aka your go-to responsive sleep coach) is in the hub answering your questions Monday to Thursday. Think of it as expert sleep support in your back pocket. You can ask questions between calls in this space.
This is where you’ll find out your baby's unique temperament and sensory profile - the foundation of implementing natural sleep rhythms - so you can understand your baby and what to do with this information for smoother sleep.
Okay, it’s technically a temperament + sensory profile quiz, but it’s the fun kind.
Walk away with instant insight into your baby’s wiring and what to do about it for smoother sleep.
How exactly are we getting your family sleeping better?!
R - Read Their Rhythm
You'll learn my Natural Rhythms sleep rhythms so you can understand your babies individual needs and work with their body clock, not against it.
E - Examine Their Needs
You'll understand your baby’s temperament and sensory profile (every baby is different) so sleep support actually works for them and your family
S - Simplify the Plan
You'll make calm, strategic changes (no “sleep training” in sight) to improve rest without overwhelm - so the whole family can finally get some sleep
T - Trust Yourself
You'll build the confidence and tools to make sleep decisions that support your baby, your family, and your sanity
→ Could stop second-guessing every nap, bedtime, and night wake because you finally understood exactly what your baby needs and why.
→ Weren’t mentally spiralling after every early wake-up because you knew how to respond without needing 37 open tabs and having to input it into an app to tell you the ‘ideal wake window’
→ Stopped seeing your baby as a “bad sleeper” and started seeing them for who they are - with a sleep rhythm and strategies that finally made sense.
→ Felt like you again, rested, clear-headed, and confident in your decisions, not just winging it day to day.
→ Could get more than a 20 minute nap, bedtime didn’t feel like a battle, and you actually had an evening to yourself (with Netflix and a hot drink that stayed hot).
→ Had a rhythm that works for your baby and it made your days feel calmer, lighter, and way less chaotic.
→ Weren’t surviving on caffeine and blind hope, but making strategic tweaks (without strict sleep training) that actually delivered results.
→ Had someone in your corner (hi, me), guiding you through it all, with real tools, real support, and real rest.
If you have any other Q's, just ask!
If you can understand your baby’s unique temperament and natural sleep rhythm, and stop relying on one-size-fits-all advice, then getting longer stretches of sleep, calmer bedtimes, and real rest (without sleep training) becomes not just possible… but inevitable.
You’ve probably tried advice that told you what to do, this shows you how sleep actually works so you can make it fit your baby. It’s not a method to follow; it’s a biology backed framework that helps you stop second-guessing and start resting.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, because your baby isn’t a one-size-fits-all human.
Whether your little one contact naps like it’s their full-time job, wakes every 90 minutes, or only naps if the wind is blowing in the right direction… this program is built to work with your baby’s temperament, sensory profile, and sleep needs.
We cover the foundations of how sleep works that understanding means you can start making decisions that fit your actual child, not someone else’s, and THAT spot is where the magic happens!
I know you are probably at your wits end. Exhausted, and just ready for sleep - and nothing seems to be working.
This is different because this isn’t about following generic advice, this isn’t just another method telling you what to do.
It’s a framework that helps you finally understand how sleep actually works, so you can stop second-guessing, stop chasing fixes, and start building sleep that actually fits your baby.
You’ll stop asking, “Am I doing this wrong?” and start saying, “I finally know what my baby needs, and I can respond with confidence because I KNOW how to navigate every curve ball.”
Baby sleep will always have ups and downs, but that doesn’t mean you have to feel lost every time it shifts. I give you tools to understand why it’s happening and strategies to implement, so the next bump doesn’t take you down with it. Waking more due to teething, progressions, or sickness are part of parenting a baby, but that doesn’t mean you have to get wiped out with severe sleep deprivation every time.
The Natural Sleep Rhythms method means you will feel more rested moving forward, regardless of what is happening in your baby’s world because it is about understanding your baby to make sleep work around what is happening, rather than just following the set plan based on their age using a particular settling method (that was promised to be gentle, but really wasn’t).
The content is broken into bite-sized (5-10 minutes), watch, listen or read (transcripts of lessons), anytime modules (because we know your hands are full).
The group calls are causal, show up with baby vomit on your top, cuppa cold tea in hand, or catch the replay and listen at 2x speed while you are pushing the pram.
This program isn’t something you “complete”, it’s something you use to implement changes, feel supported, validated, and actually get rest, right now and as your baby grows.
I know you're ready to get your family the fvck to sleep. I know that you've already tried so much. You deserve sleep.
And this programme is going to allow you to stop feeling overwhelmed and exhausted and allow you to feel more rested, self assured and confident you are doing sleep right for you and your baby.. Sleep doesn’t need to feel like a mystery, and you don’t need to keep winging it.
Let’s sort it out now, not when you’re one meltdown away from Googling “can toddlers actually be nocturnal?”
Not quite! 😊 I always want to be really transparent about what you're getting.
This 5 week sleep intensive sits somewhere between Your Baby Sleep Village and a 1:1 consultation.
You'll complete a mini intake form (it's not as in-depth as the one I use for 1:1 clients), have access to our weekly group coaching calls, and you'll be able to ask questions in the forum throughout the program. I'll be in there replying every Monday to Thursday.
I'm also intentionally capping the group at 10 families so everyone has plenty of time to ask questions and get personalised support.
If you're looking for more support than the membership but don't need the depth of a 1:1 consultation, this is a really lovely middle ground.

it's time to...
Psst, I only run this group once or twice a year!
