a tailored plan for your unique family

1:1 Sleep Consultations with Dr. Ainslee

Ainslee’s 1:1 sleep support is in-depth, personalized, and designed to meet your family where you're at.

Because of the high level of care involved, availability is limited and often booked in advance. There are two great support options, depending on the level of guidance you’re after:

Option 1: Appointment-Based Support

Perfect if you're feeling confident to make changes at your own pace and just want expert input when needed. You’ll start with an Initial Consultation and can book follow-up calls whenever you like within a 4 month period, or as recommended. There’s no in-between support, so this works best for families who don’t need ongoing guidance day to day.

Option 2: 5 Weeks of Sleep Support

Ideal if sleep feels intense or ever-changing. This option gives you consistent, hands-on support with weekly calls, email access between sessions, regular review of sleep logs, and help to pivot in real time. If you're navigating multiple night wakings or just want closer support, this is the way to go.

Both paths offer evidence-based, responsive care, it's just about choosing the level of support that suits your current season.

Initial Sleep Support Call $275

Start here for indepth, personalised sleep support, a focused call to untangle challenges, find clarity, and take confident next steps, without the overwhelm.

This is 75 minute call and a great starting point if you're looking to understand your baby’s sleep more clearly and want some personalised guidance without committing to ongoing support straight away. It’s ideal if you’re navigating some challenges but feel comfortable making changes at your own pace.

During this 1:1 session, I’ll offer tailored strategies and let you know if a follow-up is recommended, along with a suggested timeline.

This option doesn’t include support between calls, so if you think you’ll want help troubleshooting along the way or would like more hands-on guidance, the 4 Week Support Package might be a better fit.

This call includes:

  • Full health and sleep history assessment

  • Temperament assessment

  • Sleep diary assessment

  • Red flags assessment

  • Personalised action plan with sleep strategies summary

4-Week 1:1 Support – $699

Personalised, hands-on support for four weeks, ideal for bigger sleep challenges, real-time adjustments, and ongoing guidance so you're never navigating sleep alone.

This package is designed for families facing bigger sleep challenges, such as frequent overnight waking, needing to shift how sleep is supported, or feeling stuck and unsure where to go next.

You’ll receive in-depth, responsive support from Ainslee over four weeks, including weekly calls, email access between sessions, and ongoing review of your sleep logs. This allows for real-time tweaks, gentle pivots, and personalised guidance as things evolve.

It’s ideal if you’re looking for hands-on support, consistent check-ins, and the reassurance that someone is walking alongside you as you make meaningful, sustainable changes to sleep.

This Sleep Support option includes:

  • Full health and sleep history assessment

  • Temperament assessment

  • Sleep diary assessment

  • Red flags assessment ongoing

  • Personalised action plan with sleep strategies summary

  • 1x initial 60min call

  • 4x 45min follow up calls

  • Check in emails from me between calls and the ability to ask questions as needed (Mon - Fri)

Follow up 45 minute call - $149

Keep the momentum going with tailored support, a check-in to refine, adjust, troubleshoot, and stay on track with confidence.

This session is available to book anytime within 4 months of your Initial Sleep Support Call or your most recent follow-up.

It’s ideal if you’ve already had your initial consult and want extra guidance as you make changes, navigate new challenges, or simply check in and refine your approach. We’ll build on what we’ve already covered, troubleshoot anything that’s come up, and adjust your plan if needed.

These calls are flexible and can be used as often as you like within that 4-month window. They do not include in-between support, so if you’re looking for more hands-on guidance, the 4 Week Support Package might be a better fit.

Hi! I'm Dr. Ainslee

I am a holistic Sleep Coach, Chiropractor, and Mother…aka a woman who once Googled “why won’t my baby sleep” at 3am more times than I’ll ever admit.

I live in the mighty Manawatū with my husband, two kids, and one very average guard dog. I’ve been a chiropractor for a decade, working with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, babies and families, supporting parents is my jam.

And then I became a mum in 2019… and sleep became my Roman Empire.

Everyone asked me, “Is he sleeping through yet?” Meanwhile, I was barely sleeping at all, drowning in mum guilt and convinced I was failing at the one thing everyone seemed to care about.

At 6 months, I hit a wall.

I didn’t want to sleep train… but my options felt like “sleep train or slowly lose your mind.”

So we sleep trained.

It helped for a moment… until every tooth, every cold, every new milestone unravelled it, and we started all over again. After a year of this loop, I literally couldn’t do another round.

So I threw the “sleep rules” out the window and followed

my instincts.

And guess what?

When I stopped fighting my baby’s biology… sleep got
better. A lot better.

Which left me wondering:
Why did the “rules” make things harder, and why did following my instincts WORK?

So I hunted for real, evidence-based education (not the “certified in a weekend” stuff).

I became a:

Possums NDC Accredited Practitioner — the gold standard for understanding settling, feeding, cry/fuss behaviour, and sleep

Holistic Sleep Program Graduate — the only university-level infant sleep qualification in the world

Safe Sleep Certified - Via the University of Durham

Fun fact: infant sleep is an unregulated industry… so the quality of “training” varies wildly. I intentionally chose the most rigorous, evidence-based pathways I could find and continue to upskill annually.

Now, I support families using a holistic, biology-led, responsive approach:

✨ No sleep training
✨ No ignoring temperament
✨ No forcing babies into schedules designed for someone else’s child

I assess BOTH baby sleep and parent sleep, because sleep is a dyad, not a solo sport.

My goal isn’t to force babies to sleep through the night (we can’t “make” anyone sleep).

My goal is to help you understand your child’s sleep needs, rhythms, and development so we can make sleep
easier, more sustainable, and far less anxiety-inducing.

My mission?

To remove sleep stress from parenthood and give you the confidence to follow what actually works, for
your baby and your family.

Because you don’t need perfection. You just need sleep that feels doable throughout ALL the seasons (the next household virus I am looking at you).

Psst: I can't use testimonials

Because I’m a registered health practitioner (chiropractor), I’m not allowed to use testimonials (they can be misleading and aren’t always reliable).

So if you’re looking for “proof”… you won’t find it in the usual way here

But you can ask me anything, reach out via the contact form on this website and I’ll be honest about whether something is the right fit for you

I’ll never recommend something I don’t genuinely think will help 🤍
