I sleep trained

my oldest baby.

It didn’t work.

Will this help ‘fix’ my baby’s sleep?

There is always an answer, and we’ll get to the bottom of it together. For some families where sleep is really tough, an added  1:1 can be really beneficial. But here’s the thing - most families get what they need to make lasting change right here.

Inside the village, you’ll learn to figure out sleep in a way that works for your unique child, now and in the future, ongoing Q&As with me, and get peer support that makes a big difference. And if you do go on to book a 1:1 consult, you’ll be better prepared and more confident, which makes that session even more impactful.


Can I join/leave at any time?

Yes! Your Baby Sleep Village is always open. Join when you're ready, and stay as long as you need. You choose. 

What age group is this for?

It’s designed for families with babies and toddlers aged roughly 0–3 years, but the tools and support you’ll gain can carry you well beyond.

How do I access the content?

You’ll get access to our online course platform for all the sleep content, and a private, online village space for support and connection. Access details are provided when you sign up. We’ll meet via video call for Q and A’s every two weeks to figure out anything you need to know. 

If you can’t make it live no problem, submit your question and I’ll answer it live, you can catch up later. All the course content is available in video, podcast and transcript format to suit whatever way you prefer to learn. Everything is easy to navigate, even with one hand while feeding a baby


I’ve tried sleep courses before. What makes this different?

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. I don’t believe any baby sleep solution should be. It’s a responsive, evolving support space. You’re not left to figure things out alone. You’ll be able to ask questions, talk things through, and learn in real time.
